LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE : this is the result I wanted from US Vogue with the supermodels.
It looks WOW : lighting, retouching, styling, the background colors, the models, the poses = yessssssss.
I love the whole vibe, it takes me back to the old Vogue Japan supers story.

It should have been Abby, Qun Ye and Selena on their own, the other two can be ditched. Selena is getting even better with age and you'll be hard-pressed to find a bad Abby Champion shoot.

I'm not blinded by Luigi and Iango's gloss, this looks more like a jewellery supplement cover than anything. What's with the muted styling? Where are the seasonal trends? Such trans-seasonal covers should be left for quiet months. I like Philouze's work but he wasn't the right guy for this.

You're nuts. Cara has the best cover and poses. Selena is the most boring model around. It's the same look over and over. She is stiff as a board. She can't even pose and her cover is forgettable. She only became popular because of her hood story.

It all just feels so celebratory for a month like September that I cannot help but to instantly fall in love with all of this - ALL of it! Not crazy about the model choices but I am absolutely here for Abby Champion who looks gorgeous and I love how monochromatic the covers themselves are. The composition, as per usual, is always top notch from Luigi & Iango.
