It's a very interesting idea but the result is rather bland (I guess it couldn't be otherwise since it's inspired by Amish)

The Amish byword is "plain". Everything has to be as simple and unadorned as possible. Very environmentally aware BTW.

What a great cover! I love how they always create a mood for their covers rather than just place a glamour shot on the front.

Does anyone know where I can subscribe to Vogue Italia internationally? I live in Canada.

I'm not sure if you can subscribe although I'm sure you probably could through their official site (like vogue paris)...beware it will probably be for an insane amount!

depending where you are I usually see Vogue Italia in Chapters and Pages on Queen if you're in toronto as well as other boutique book stores.

The Amish are very stoic people...I always think back to how the whole Pennsylvania Amish community acted after most of their young girls were massacred in that school a couple years ago. They were so dignified.
