I saw her name and expected some boring ed in the English country but this is awesome! This is the Stella we got to know and love in the 90s

I love Stella and I love this cover but the cover casting choices have been completely unexciting. There are so many amazing new models who are perfect for Vogue Italia yet they keep on casting the same models over and over and over again.

This is stunning! I'm a huge fan of Stella so I don't mind her being on the cover. Love the concept. Although where's the text or cover tagline or something like that?

This is completely out of the topic but I just imagined some of Meisel's Stella-esque favorite models back then fronting this one. Erin O'Connor, Hannelore Knust or Eleonora Bose would have rocked this as well.

Really like it so far. Enjoying VI's experimentation with covers/editorials (multiple fold outs/no text) like with Naomi's. It was over 100 degrees today so the last thing I want to see are black leather ensembles, but I enjoyed them here. Very sharp. I've never been a stan for Stella, but I'll take her over any flash in the pan blip.

I'm another one who's so completely and utterly bored with Stella Tennant. What does everyone see in her? She's not even versatile. I do hope her moment's up soon. As Fiercification said, this would of been so much better with Amanda Murphy. Although, who am I to question the genius of Steven Meisel?

I am very interested to see the rest of the covers and to see how the 'everything you expect to be on the inside is outside' element works out. I assume the other 5 covers will look just the same as the first one, though.
