That Bridget editorial is an all-time favourite. Thank you for sharing!!

Love Bridget's ed, she looks amazing. The cover is beautiful love, love the lighting.

I love Bridget editorial so much! Just quintessential 90's ease. Meisel captured her beauty and Joe's styling is so effortless. Whenever I see that image of Bridget's quarter profile I stop for a moment.

And I'm just noticing in the 7th picture is her foot broken? If so I love the edit even more! (Not because she's in pain LOL but just for the additional details)

One of the very first minimal covers of VI! Still so strong :flower:

Wow. Bridget's ed is just magnificent. What's so amazing, too, is how timeless it is - it could be published again tomorrow and it would look even better than what's currently in magazines now.

What's also amazing about it is how early in the 90's this editorial is from. I always associate that kind of look with about 1995-7. But the presence of this editorial alone dates all the other shoots in the issue...they all end up looking so specifically early 90's (which always felt like 80's visual spillover to me). Even if the other editorials aren't bad (love Patricia), the Meisel shoot just makes them all look old. Amazing how forward he was. Such a master, as always.

^^^ You may be forgetting Liz And Fabien’s American Bazaar from that same year, dior. To be more specific, Bazaar really did usher in “The era of elegance” with their inaugural relaunch September 1992 issue, which started the clean and sparse styling and layout that would define a decade, and remain the blueprint for this brand of new modernity in fashion presentation to this day.
