It looks like a cover for an alt teen magazine. Not a good one from Vogue Japan, but at least it intrigues me to check the full editorial.

All sorts of awful. There's not one redeeming quality to this, and how anyone thought that hairstyle was a good look ought to be never commissioned as a hairstylist again - ever! It looks like it's full of wet dye or toner, all clumped together like that. Dumbfounded how such a cover made it to print!

The whole issue doesn't have any redeeming factor as well. Stella's cover story looks like an editor's note with only 1 photo + there are lots of reprints inside.
