I think they dont do it cause they have GQ, wich is packed with editorials and fashion, on the contrary of the title around the world, maybe except for China, which have lots of good eds too

This year so far, Vogue Korea features male cover stars in five out of ten months. While it's odd to see male cover stars being featured frequently on a women's fashion magazine, this is totally normal in their country. Even their Cosmopolitan magazine covers male idols and actors a lot. It didn't make sense at first, but I've gotten used to it.
