Jung Yu-Mi (Korean: 정유미, born January 18, 1983) is a South Korean actress. Known for her screen presence and versatility, she has received numerous accolades including a Baeksang Arts Award, two Blue Dragon Film Awards, and a Grand Bell Award.

Jung made her feature film debut in "Blossom Again" (2005) and has since starred in the critically acclaimed films "Family Ties" (2006), "Chaw" (2009), "My Dear Desperado" (2010), and "Sleep" (2023), as well as box office hits "Silenced" (2011), "Train to Busan" and "Kim Ji-Young: Born 1982" (2019).

I received my copy two days ago.

It’s better than their September issue, but some shoots still look too catalogue for my liking.

It has 370 pages with 11 exclusive editorials.

I think the Vogue Art and Culture section with Seohee on the cover and its joint editorial titled Love, Solitude, and Sorrow with Joan Park are well executed. The photos reminded me of Nick Knight’s Rihanna shoot for British Vogue and Hoyeon Jung’s Vogue Korea editorial with Giseok Cho when I first saw it.

Another thing I noticed is that this month's cover story is split across three sections: One for Time and Gem, One for Beauty, and one for the main ed's section which opens with a gatefold (I think they should keep it this way because it's something clever and new in their increasingly restrained design since their overhaul last August). 👀 The Cortis shoot is one of the issue's highlights as well. I have a strong opinion about K-pop covers generally, but these guys (especially James who's surprisingly photogenic) deserve a print cover soon.

B&W cover with the orange masthead with the sunglasses is the best cover.
No other cover was needed. The multiple covers is such a waste now, it used to be purposeful. It's just excessive now.
