I don't think this is meant as a supplement for either Vogue China or Paris. It's basically a magazine which will be distributed to hotels etc, and aimed at Chinese tourists visiting France. Australia's got a similar version.

Indeed, it is a publication under VP in order to aim the chinese audience and it is given by hotels and stores like Printemps or Galeries Lafayette, among other stores, to chinese people and nothing else. You can't buy it at all. It's like Air France Madame if some people know this magazine.

Exactly! you can buy it, i got the previous issue in a magstore at Champs-Élysées
