I hope Paolo Roversi sued whoever is Nicola Delorme, because it is such a huge rip-off that I am honestly baffled they let it go. I mean inspiration happens, but this is crazy. Exactly the reason I usually dislike Vogue Portugal - being a mishmash of artsy pretentiousness and endless renditions of past legends without much substance behind it. Albert Watson is a legend, but the OTT styling mixed with outdated blurs and aberrations kind of makes it all bad taste. The last editorial is nice though.

You know HOW much I admire you , but I have (as almost every time ) to disagree with you.

"Nothing is original. Steal from anywhere that resonates with inspiration or fuels your imagination. Devour old films, new films, music, books, paintings, photographs, poems, dreams, random conversations, architecture, bridges, street signs, trees, clouds, bodies of water, light and shadows. Select only things to steal from that speak directly to your soul. If you do this, your work (and theft) will be authentic." – Jim Jarmusch, film director & screenwriter

WOW!

My love @aracic  was faster than me and I am so grateful to him - this issue is such a treasure!
YES YES YES!! Every page inside is so beautifully made, I adore how they pay attention to every single detail from main editorials to written content… the placement, the graphics, everything. Extra points when 100% of their contents it ad hoc to the theme of the issue. In print the issue is fantastic! Even the quality of the paper is better than other Vogue.

I find unfair when people call this magazine pretentious or ridiculous just based on the little previews we see in social media. If we pay attention inside every issue, we’ll find that is one of the most dedicated Vogue teams of the 20 something editions even with less budget and 0 reprints.

I was saving for Vogue Poland but now im thinking again

Roversi? Nicola Delorme is more like another clone of Porodina. Other one was in Vogue China

I love how you always find a perfect quote to support your point @Zorka ! like this one...

While i appreciate that they produce so much content coming from a smaller Vogue...it is true that editorials can be cut to half...but still i will give them a free pass this month for the effort to do something different than the other Vogues and not including reprints......

Someone know if they produced everything or they just take contributors....or is it a mix....

But agree with @dontbeadrag the Roversi reference is too exact on some pictures to not notice it...

Quantity is not always Quality...

Would be nice to see the inside pages that @JPineapple mentioned so we all can see the graphics, and other pages from the issue....

I found so much inspiration from the Vogue Portugal December 2021/January 2022 magazine. I loved the way the models were dressed in the magazine. The colors, patterns, and textures just popped out at me. I was so inspired by their looks and had to create something similar for myself. After doing a bit of research, I realized that my favorite looks were heavily influenced by the iconic movie Grease. I loved the idea of having a wardrobe that was inspired by the movie and started to look for pieces that would recreate the same vibe. I found some amazing pieces on https://www.lascana.com/, a cute hat, a little black dress, and stylish semitransparent black gloves.

So many of those previews would have made a better cover. If only she was facing forward, the denim against the white door looks interesting.

repetition kills you. could’ve been a solid issue but most of the editorials have exactly the same vibe/ inspo.
would have love for Daphne’s editorial to be longer and graced with a cover.

there are strong beautiful shots but it’s all the same to me…. ZzzzZzzzz
