I really like the second cover it feels like the text is balancing out her face which is interesting.
A little fan-made in my opinion. The text placement is amateurish and the photography does not help. and where is the fashion?
For me, the second shot feels more authentic and compelling than most of the 'indie' Vogue covers being churned out at the moment.
VOGUE PORTUGAL MARCH 2019: BREAKING THE RULES AGAINST THE SYSTEM MODEL: JAMIE BOCHERT / PHOTOGRAPHER: BRANISLAV SIMONCIK FASHION EDITOR: ALBA MELENDO / HAIR STYLIST: NABIL HARLOW fashionfav
Look who started to listen a bit... I really like seeing Jamie here. Even though she isn't, she looks very Iberian and very melancholic. The "fado" vibe that foreigners love so much. Even styling and photography wise, it fits. I'm saying Iberian rather than Portuguese because the styling is textbook Spanish influenced with those hats and long ruffle skirt plus blazer (Alba's influence probably). That said, I appreciate the Iberian warmth here instead of the cold Slav look that was constricting this magazine. I have no idea what any of these have to do with "breaking the rules" but I won't even ask. I'll wait to see a bit more of the content before I decide to buy it. The second cover feels really awkward printed. The first cover looks much better.
