Of the sister Vogues we've seen so far, this is by the best September cover. Still remains to be seen if they could possibly outdo some of the unveiled biggies [US, Paris, Spain] but regardless kudos to Vogue Portugal on a stunning cover.

I'm not sure, I've already seen an editorial and it's by Pedro Ferreira, but to be honest I'm still unsure if it's the cover shoot... The model is the same, thou.
