I usually buy Vogue Russia the day when it's out in my city, but It's been out for 2 weeks already and I got it only 3 days ago and haven't even open it.
I just didn't want to miss issue if magazine will be improved.

Ah the pain of a magazine collector. I have done this with some magazines too. I am kind of glad that I can't find Vogue Russia here anymore, I think I'd be doing the exact same thing with this magazine.
