I was expecting Natalia again because she will be at the FNO in Moscow, as you remember also Natasha last year was on the cover and was at the FNO in Moscow.

I'm usually uttering something negative about the many covers of Natalia (I don't mind them, but it can be a bit too much), but this is quite nice even though it's a small preview. I do love the pastel blue text juxtaposed with the navy blue (or black?) ensemble. As usual, Natalia looks stunning. I can't get over how stunning that hair color is.

i completely agree but i like natalia's cover too. she had the june cover now she's got september someone's loved very much at VR

Blond hair has so far been the worst move of her career, you'd think that was the bob but she handled that well, bleached hair just aged her about a decade and sort of overpowers the features that made her unique.. now her eyebrows look too much, her stare is emptier, and there's something moustache-y about the upper lip. Terrible, whoever advised her to go blond should be fired.

Also dislike the Vogue Paris route Russian magazines are taking, Elle Russia is so blatant at this but you can see it here too with the entire composition and styling/jewelry. I don't consider Vogue Russia covers bad, they obviously have missteps like most Vogues these days but they used to produce great covers that had a bit of eccentricity to them and that distinguished them from the rest.. in other words, it had an identity, which is now fading more and more with every issue in their efforts to fit in with whatever popular Vogues dictate. And the beauty supplement is channeling that as well and provoking the same as Natalia's.

I don't like the cover much but considering as people said above its Vogue from Russia its good. But not my taste especially with those dull colours.

I actually like Natalia's cover but it's a little boring for a September issue; I see this as an August or October issue. Also, both Natalia and Maryna have had covers this year so I would have loved to see someone new like Snejana or Anna Selezneva, even Tanya D. That shot they used for Maryna by Alexi Lubomirski and was used in Allure August 2012. Hopefully new beauty shots will surface from that.
