Nope, they've had countless non-Taiwanese on the cover. Namie Amuro, Sophie Marceau, Zhang Ziyi, Fan Bingbing, Angelababy...this is all from the top of my head.

This is really awful! Could be an index page for Woman & Home! Why not give us a close-up? She's quite a pretty girl.

Once againnnnnnnn this is EXACTLY what I thought too! This is not a cover worthy image, it looks like an ad (very amateur one looking on top of that) for the FNO event. The styling is sooo bad, it looks like a 12-year-old girl has done it, don´t even get me started on the layout and font... BAD again and again this magazine will never be regarded as polished or decent.

I'm actually quite impressed with the cover editorial. It seems the OP was only an ad for FNA? Love the shot with the striped bustier. There ended up quite a few cover options in her edit.
