^ that's a bit harsh. Every country produces high quality magazines as well as crap ones. I don't think it necessary to refer to these 2 countries particulately.

and back to the topic, I don't like this cover either, but I think it's the most decent one since their July issue.

No, I'm not kidding. This is not the best cover ever but considering the monstrosities they have produced in the past this is pretty decent. As for last month's cover I thought it was unremarkable and pointless.
