My first thoughts too..about the heat
Yet i have been in a similar country, and actually found myself sitting next to people in a warm cab type vehicle in sweatshirts and long hair- and i was..flabbergasted
Life can be lived dodging a lot of the heat. Lounging in the malls etc

I remember street style pictures same as this editorial too, years ago...
