Vogue Turkey July 2013 : Bette Franke

Such a calm and simple image. Made a beautiful cover. I always love blue&white combinations on covers, this turned out to be a beautiful cover image. This is probably going to be the first Vogue Turkey I will have bought in months.

Her face expression is off though.

Such a bland cover. Hate the hair and the styling. Awkward facial expression.

A clean but very bland cover. This type of styling works better for a studio shot.

Btw, Bette is wearing Valentino Pre-fall collection on the cover.
cape and trousers from the 1st look, and blouse from the 2nd one.

I like the colors of the photo. Bette's pose and facial expression look awkward and bland. Also, the dark text really overpowers the gentle, understated picture.

her hair looks so bad..i don't like it :( happy bette has yet another cover though!

Not a fan of the way her hans are, they make her look awkward
But happy to see Bette, hope there are better photos inside

^I agree, I'm happy Bette got a cover! I like her outfit but the pose is like a 'I'm awkward and unsure of myself' kind of pose, not a strong cover material pose...

Excited to see more inside details!

They used to produce such cool and exciting covers...

I actually love everything except for Bette's face; kinda uneasy looking. I thought this did look like Valentino too. MDC is such a mess. They listed Bette as the designer. lmao

I am a big fan of Bette, but this cover is a shame. From Vogue Netherlands,Vogue Japan to this,I think Bette should learn how to control her face.

Not a fan of Bette's expression, but I really like how the blues and whites work here. Very beautiful and calming.

I'm happy Bette's on the cover, but I agree it is not the most flattering shot.
