And when compared to a similar concept that’s the October Vogue China coverstory, the difference between a talent like Liu Song and the lack of talent that is Agnes Lloyd-Platt, it’s hilarious how the latter would end up working for a professional publication in any capacity. But I get it— these are the days. China really should just offer these opportunities to their own new talents because they deserve it-- and because the West definitely aren’t promoting any Asian talents in their rags.
