Weird Uberspecific Genres

So I was wikipedia-ing, when I saw this map...

So who has heard of any of the weird/uberspecific genres like:
Chickenscratch
Corrido
Conjunto
Mormon pop...

i've heard of corrido and conjunto, but what is cowpunk? I'm picturing a cow with a mohawk!

i havent heard chickenscratch but i've had the unfortunate opportunity of hearing mormon pop- every weekend for a couple of years in the back of my neighbourhood...i believe it's just pop music with religious lyrics...so they can appeal to the young ones. . there's also mormon rock, i think.

corrido is basically like country music but the lyrics are totally badass : "raul lopez travelled with 1000 pounds of marijuana, he got caught and got shot in the head'' .

conjunto is...texmex folk music. it's like corrido minus the badass element or the fast rhythm...lyrics are usually about the land, family and all that jazz.
