The ones I wear everyday:

Blue topaz ring from avon-the stone isn't great but I like the setting, it's a sterling silver band with leaves.
Blue topaz ring-I got it for Christmas one year and it's a Princess cut with cutouts on the sides in white gold.
Blue topaz studs-I got them for Christmas last year and they are 5mm I think, so they match the ring.
Blue topaz necklace-I got it for my 18th birthday and it's a checkerboard cut stone, a rectangle set in white gold with three tiny diamonds on the top and a delicate chain.
