I heard about the new Clarins sun screen (SPF30). Does anyone try it?

I use Kiehl's 30spf when I lay out or go to the beach, it works pretty well. I have olivey skin and do not burn easily though, people I know who use it who have Eastern European ancestry seem to need something stronger than what I use.

Thanks MJ, very unfortunate I couldn't find Kiehl's in Switzerland. I have tried the hand cream long time ago I bought in London. Hope Swiss will be open a Kiehl store.

i am now trying Murad brightening treatment SPF 15, i used chanel b4, but very oily, and Murad is very light weight and not oily at all.

Neutragena, spray-on tan. It's light, goes on easy and affordable.

I'm using the Clarins 30 spf cream. Or trying to use it... I've never been very good with sunscreen, but lately have tried to use it more as I've noticed my skin has gotten more sensitive to the sun. The Clarins cream is lovely, feels great, smells good and really works. But...

I know that you're always supposed to wear sunscreen, and I'd love to do that, but how can you? I mean, all creams I've ever seen are so greasy that if you apply it enough for it to make any difference in terms of sun protection, you'll look like you've been swimming in grease. Not a chance to have any makeup on top of it. And as much as I'd like to, I can't walk around with a shining greasy face every day!

How do you people solve the problem? Or do you?

Oh thanks to inform me that you already try clarins. My skin is very sensitive too. That's why I always use Neostrata serum for sensitive skin, contains AHA, (u can check at the pharmacie) after that sun screen is a must. Then light day cream, (or if its too much you just pick day cream with SPF) and you just finish with loose powder. I like bobby brown powder, suits my skin during summer, it's not oily or greasy at all.

im using some day moisturiser spf 15 by simple.....i think its called regeneration or something

by the way......kiehls SPF's DO NOT WORK AT ALL......i guarantee you i know for a fact
the best SPF is by Biotherm

To me, UVA & UVB sunblocks are fairly equal... I don't get too fancy (or expensive) with them. I use plain old Banana Boat sport spray, and spray it on my face, neck, and hands before I head outside (all over if it's warmer). My face isn't fussy, so spraying on it doesn't do a thing. But I also have SPF in my daily moisturizer, as well as my tinted moisturizer (which I use usually only when going out at night anyway).

anthelios spf 60. the best -- nothing gets through this stuff.

isnt that a bit excessive?
thats practically foundation

i have the same question.....what is the most non-oily, lightweight sunscreen to wear UNDER primer, foundation, etc? or is it better to get a foundation with spf?

I try to find everywhere to get the best for my skin. I never found the light one. Make up counter of clarins told me about the new sun screen that very light and good under make up. I want to try it soon. At the moment I use Avene SPF 40, I apply very little, because it's quite heavy. But it's good under my hand cream.

A member also told about biotherm. I wanna compare it also.

Thank's a lot for the info.

A roof...

^

Sun? England? When?

^ The same is with Lithuania :flower:

But I think if you use a foundation than you could get one with SPF.

MIscha sunblock - bought it in KOrea and it is the BEST. really light, no sunblocky smell, keeps my face matte (since i have an oily face)
