a few years ago i fell for that whole clinique routine thing with the bar of soap, cleanser and toner... and bought the pink toner that was the harshest just cuz i was weird and liked the stinging raw feeling and how soft my skin felt right after i used it cuz it was so damn strong.. but that didn'tlast for very long

Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with water..for sensitive skin use less vinegar than water. Or Burts Bees Garden Tomato toner!

Since I had sensitive skin,I stick to paharmacie products like Avene. I have an oily skin in summer and Avene thermal water is really fresh.

Im currently using Lush's "Tea tree toner". its pretty good, designed for oily and congested skin. It has grapefruit water to "detox the skin" and the tea tree water targets blemishes. it comes in a spritzer bottle, so i just spritz some onto my face and then pat it dry.
