Went shopping this past weekend ...

• Charlotte Tilbury face powder x 4
• Trish McEvoy brushes--powder, blush (on order), and a smudging eyeshadow brush that I'm using for specific placement of dark shadow--very pleased with these
• Tom Ford Tabacco Vanille
• Wolford pearl grey top (fancy undershirt really) to wear under my new sweater. (One sleeve shows a large swath of skin when you move your arm--not really what I had in mind ...)
• And a lingerie bag to wash it in ... I've been needing one.

All organized now ...


PS It was funny ... at Wolford they had a promo--buy two Pure items, get a pair of tights free. So I asked to look at long-sleeved black tops--I've been wanting one to wear under things for years. One had a boat neck that looked like it would show straps without hesitation, the other long, wrinkly sleeves, on me anyway--not what I wanted. So I had no problem walking away from the free tights. She kept trying to convince me. I always think SAs would be quite alarmed to know how few items I actually buy

Wedding rings. His is 6 mm wide matte white gold (Elma Jewellery) and mine is half-eternity diamond rose gold (Purely Diamonds).

It's pretty typical here I think ... lots of men have oxidized bands, which I personally think are hideous

Quite a lot of shopping these days with the wedding coming up..

- Bridal shoes
- Flat shoes for the wedding
- Short dress for the evening party

Also

- A light blue off shoulder blouse
- A white/cream ballet wrap cardigan in a lambswool/angora blend.
