What is most ESSENTIAL for designer's look

the off-topic-ness is just projection of what I said about
postmodern castrated work of alegory

it is true ..my threads are just like a boat in waved wather...down and up..
hommeletic,omlet

hommeletic?...what is this?...
omelet?...with eggs?...

hahahhaha... more like scrambled eggs i guess...

hair and shoes then...
tell me what it means
i've been sporting more or less the same hairsculpture for years
most of my shoes are of the same style...

is that bad? is that chic? is that appropriate in your book whim?

haha...lena...

whim...do you refer to what a designer does on the runway and in ads...
or do you refer to individual syle?...:ermm:

hair and shoes really do change the attitude of an outfit...i most definitely agree with that...

it creates a silhouette and an attitude...i think shoes especially can do this...

i've been sporting more or less the same hairsculpture for years

can you tell that slowly..i am sure i understand

what do you sporting

what I said about shuz and hair is especially abstract..
but if you refer to reality might find coincidances

I just read this whole thread... I don't know why I did that, it's getting late and I'm having trouble sleeping.
But...
WHAT is going on here? This whole thread is pretty surreal
I feel like something interesting might be going on here, but Whimsicalist I can't really follow your train of thought...

hommelette
Lacan
... Lacan, always a sucker for puns, calls this new being, that the child thinks is
self, an hommelette: a little man, made out of broken eggs. 6.4 the hommelette. ...
www.birmingham.ac.uk/english/bibliography/ CurrentCourses/Freud/Lacan2Lecture/lacan.htm - 35k -

and also it is homelethique - rhethoric tric
omlet -yes this is scrambled eggs

this thread is so funny. it really is a bit crazy."postmodern castrated work of alegory" - egh? is this with reference to hair or to the thread generally?

Whimsicalist said:

well, it doesnt matter what, does it?
.. question is : how do you feel about someone who follows the same styles year in year out whim?
how that attitude counts in your personal
essential moment of style
i'd love to hear your opinion on this...
edited to add: thank you for the... :heart:adorable Lacan lecture link he's a master of social philosophy, one of my faves

helena, i completly agree  ^_^

to follow same style exiges one maximal notion and practice of style...
you have to be able of overstyle concept..
I am not able of such authonomic ,pre-style definition..so I am catched on quie(what is the name the fox had a big on the rear of body) of commete effect,on the echo of someone's ideas...

may be there is resolution..

but I had to dig to my sources ,somewhere in the 1980's
where I found myself addicted to style(see the theme of our fashon mythology-mythos and logic)..
I will try to translate my essay written in bulgarian about this theme..it is very intime and I am afraid if I use same bul englesh as now it will be a dia/logo-rhea or just a vomit of letters...

I hope Lena you understood what I mean above

I just say that up and down of boat is same as homelethic(the rethrhic tehnic)
and just infected this metaphore with "hommelette-petit homme) et omlet (scrambleggs)

sorry for depressing you with my Ioda recite Nietzsche blues

of course i understood whim..
thank you for the compliment :flower:

Lena where you live ...

can you help me (excuse for this parenthese)
I heard a word sound like "cepina" or acepina"

it should mean -a court invitation

to JOHNY !

if you follows my sufficiently insufficient thought
you shoud already aware that hair permit me a big freedom

my sculpting activities do not depends of money,my personal geography..

to own shuz there is two options
1.to buy it(if you can to find it-here in sofia there is big difficulties..somethimes,it is verry rare i had the somme ,but thre isn't shuz...now in whole sofia there is just 3 models
1.boss for 250 euro -they are super
2.musashi -swiss "sharka"-ornament brown 280 euro
3.YSL boots -505 euro (may be the model is 2002/03
so you see I had to pay twice for shuz that I could buy from milan's outlet for 300 euro and after to had 200 euro -150 for buss sofia-milan and 50 euro for some belt for .ex,

you understand that when I see hair on FTV or i-net there isn't any obstacles to elaborate it...
that's why hair mostly emancipated part of look

Whim - what do you think of the new CDG Homme plus shoes/pumps for summer 05 - pink and grey?

I have a pink pants ..and if i try to elab such look I'll need pink ..but it is not my fave ,definetely..
junya 2005 s/s tourist boots are also questionable for me..
i dont believe I could wear such shuz...

but who knows..Imay be slowly I will be converted !!!
a fortiorithere are issey's 2005 s/s suits in pink, too

help me with this sepina /cepina or else
that was heard for court invitation
