I open this thread for the whole people who loves the music and sometimes find one song that makes them thrill:blush:

today fo me:

Lene Lovich - Bird song:woot::woot::woot:

right now it was: "Pete Yorn & Scarlett Johansson - Shampoo"

An awesome song!! ^_^

:lol: Now I have to change ! thanks Bellaly!!

Pete Yorn & Scarlett Johansson - I Don't Know What to Do :woot::woot:

London-Noonday Underground
I've been listening to this song the entire month of September.

i don't have just one i am listening to repeatedly. usually i will listen to one go to one of the others then come back and listen again. at the moment these songs are on repeat-

massive attack feat. tracey thorn-the hunter gets captured by the game

fever ray-stranger the kindness

spacer feat. alison goldfrapp-contrazoom & the event horizon

orbital feat. alison goldfrapp-are we here? (who are they?)

broadcast-come on let's go

julie london-yummy yummy yummy

the duke spirit-wooden heart

you only live twice-nancy sinatra

tom jones with portishead-motherless child

I can put one song on repeat and listen to it nonstop for more than a day. it's not healthy. but I have to. :P
Recently, I listened to Santeria (by Sublime of course) on the radio and had a massive deja vu to the point I put it on my ipod and now I can't stop it.. it has a time machine effect.

As of late, these:

Cat Power - "Metal Heart"
Leonard Cohen - "Famous Blue Raincoat"
Silver Jews - "New Orleans"
My Bloody Valentine - "When You Sleep"
Beat Happening - "Godsend"
Slint - "Washer"
The Fall - "Bombast"

et al.

I follow with the same song, and now in my head:blink: ... Lene Lovich - Bird song.
But some months ago, I was hearing the whole day with MGMT-weekend wars:blush:

Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin
It's a vice, I've been listening to it non stop.

great idea for a thread - loooove it

for the past week [and the next month i bet!] I have had stuck in my head...
Death Cab for Cutie, Meet me on the Equinox

Kings of Leon - Milk.

I can never get tired of it.

Telepathe - So Fine. My favorite dance track of all year.

Chairlift - Planet Health. Gorgeous vocals.

Wavves - No Hope Kids. Went to see him play a month ago. I didn't expect to like it so much, but it was the most fun I've ever had during a show and listening to this brings back great memories. Love the la-la-las like in 60s girl groups.

Black Lips Bad Kids. Reminds me of summer in New York. They played a free show by the waterfront. It was sunny and hot and I felt at the right place at the right time.

Girls - Ghost Mouth. Seeing them next week and I hope they play this gem of a song. Reminds me of 50s ballads mixed with Phil Spector's wall of sound.

Dion & The Belmonts - Runaway Sue. The lyrics are kind of sad but the song is upbeat and always puts me in a good mood.

Karen O & The Kids - Hideaway. I just saw Where The Wild Things Are and this song really struck me. Very dark and moody.

Relax and Billionaire by Peaches.

Almost too catchy, but I'm always impressed by her either way.

1.Lanvin Fall/Winter 2008 Soundtrack, has always been my number one most played song in my ipod since that year.
2.The Gossip- Left Out Now
3.Little Boots- Stuck On Repeat

hatebreed - live for this (whenever i switch on my ipod its most likely that i will listen to this song sooner or later)
