What stores do you wish were in your town?

H&M definitely, but judging from the experience with the zara we have here in rio, the selection would be SO bad :(

COS. Damn it, there are a BILLION in Germany but we only have one in Copenhagen...Århus next, please :judge:

American Apparel
Urban Outfitters (one was in talks of renting out a space but it's going to a construction company instead :angry:)

Topshop
Uniqlo
Marc by Marc Jacobs
and maybe Primark, but that's mostly just because I've never been to one and have always wondered what they're like.

walking in a Primark is like walking into hell srsly.

it's ALWAYS busy no matter what time of day/which day of the week it is.

all the clothes are thrown around and there's a lot of pushing and it's just not a very nice shopping experience. but i suppose if you're buying something there you're just going for the price, not the experience!

we don't have any stores here.
I wish we had:
- TopShop:heart:
- Esprit:heart:
- Zara
- H&M
...
I wouldn't say no to any of clothes shops really:D

we could use some flagships in this town...

-YSL
-Dior & Homme
-Balenciaga

a COS would be fly. Massimo Dutti. A|X. Abercrombie & Fitch.

we got enough Zaras and H&Ms already

Wow, after looking at all the responses I guess I should feel fortunate for living in my city.
Topshop, Bath and Body Works (heh), Abercrombie, Forever21 (well, it's opening in a few months). Nordstrom would be cool too but I don't think they'd ever come here lol
I remember being so excited for H&M to open but it's been disappointing. All the smaller sizes are the first to go.
Our city just recently opened up a couple of Sephoras. Safe to say it's been a complete gong show. Forever21 will likely be the same.

H&M.
We already have Topshop, Mango & Zara here. H&M is the only one missing. ^_^

Oh, and maybe American Apparel & Urban Outfitters.

I think Sephora is the only shop that's really missing around here. Hopefully they will soon realise they're the odd ones out. :p

oh, and I wouldn't mind a Krispy Kreme. :ninja:

^ I would be in utter heaven with a Sephora around here... and a MAC Cosmetics shop :p I'm always ordering from either two but rarely visit unless I'm in the States.

Some nice fashion friendly realities would be a dream; Zara, UO, an Barneys, maybe a AA.
Damn small towns, but we did recently just got an H&M. It's an hour away from ware I live, but it's a start.

An international newsstand which is not behind on the sale dates of the magazines from all over the world.

ditto... I'm so impatient. I also want a discount international newstand so I don't feel really bad when I spend more money on magazines than food per month.

i think a primark is coming to my town :) it'll be good for underwear & pjs :-)

i also want a punkyfish

Topshop & Zara... it's so funny how some of us would want to switch stores with each other. I'd give up Urban Outfitters. I like shopping online better with them.

there are two shops here in Rio that sell vogues, elles etc (the basics) from all over the world on time but i doubt they sell it all, specially since vogue paris is like, 30 dollars  so yes i would love to know where all the stock goes to, they HAVE to sell it somewhere right? there's a stall in london in clerkenwell that sells LOADS of old mags for like, £1 each, but by old i mean 2 months old!
