and of course "the chipmunk song" by the chipmunks!!
it reminds of when i was a campfire girl and they made us do some silly dance routine to it... it was not very creative .... we literally just sort of ran around the christmas tree waving our arms about... but it was a happy, warm fuzzy memory
written by J. Javits and P. Springer
originally sung by Eartha Kitt 1954
Santa baby, just slip a sable under the tree, for me
Been an awful good girl
Santa baby, so hurry down the chimney tonight
Santa baby, an 54 convertible too, light blue
I'll wait up for you dear
Santa baby, so hurry down the chimney tonight
Think of all the fun I've missed
Think of all the fellas that I haven't kissed
Next year I could be just as good
If you'd check off my Christmas list
Boo doo bee doo
Santa baby, I wanna yacht and really that's
Not a lot
Been an angel all year
Santa baby, so hurry down the chimney tonight
Santa honey, one little thing I really need, the deed
To a platinum mine
Santa baby, so hurry down the chimney tonight
Santa cutie, and fill my stocking with a duplex, and checks
Sign your 'X' on the line
Santa cutie, and hurry down the chimney tonight
Come and trim my Christmas tree
With some decorations bought at Tiffany's
I really do believe in you
Let's see if you believe in me
Boo doo bee doo
Santa baby, forgot to mention one little thing, a ring
I don't mean on the phone
Santa baby, so hurry down the chimney tonight
Hurry down the chimney tonight
Hurry down the chimney tonight
feliz navada Always puts me in a party mood! and another song this young girl sings but I cannot remember the name for the life of me.. When the christmas songs start coming on the radio I'll hear it I'm sure
ok so its oficially nearly christmas i went into marks and spencer last week and they had christmas music playing ... got my so festive, but im sure in a few weeks ill be sick of it.
Classic--Lo, How A Rose E'er Blooming (15th century German)
Modern--Wham's Last Christmas
Vintage--bawdy R&B song they play here every year--something along the lines of I Wanna Decorate Your Tree
Also, I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas
... and many more. Probably half the music I own is Christmas
