    Myb because Italian fashion is less flamboyant and more contemporary compared to the French. I prefer Italian ones because the designs aren't so chic and you ca wear it anywhere. Dior is too theatrical and clownish :lol:

    What a great article. Thank you stylegurrl. It really clarifies why the Italian industry is the biggest in Europe even though more creativity may come from elsewhere. Other countries/major cities should learn from their infrastructure if they are to consider themselves as relevant.

    the funny thing is that we export fashion but we ( mostly..) wear ..spanish swedish american ( we are crazy for the american preppy look..) english...clothes bags shoes..

    No country on the planet wears as much designer fashion as Italy, they live and breathe it. The cuisine, goes without saying...
