Ah Willemijn, I saw her last week on the SPS Management website and though she looked suitable for Supreme (even if her tests make her look like a hybrid between Amanda and Flo).

I'm having trouble deciding whether or not I like her better when her features are heavily made up, or more clean and simple though.

Thanks for starting a thread for her #1FashionVictim, I certainly love a long face like Willemijn's. Like I said though, I'm having trouble focusing on her outside of the Flo and Amanda similarities. I'm definitely excited to see how she looks in Paul Rowland's polaroids though.

It makes my day Couldn't tell it in another way. She has so much presence on the catwalk (from what I can tell from the three pictures of course) and seems to be the perfect choice for Marni's overall aesthetic and this collection in particular. Willemijn Koppelman @ SPS (The Netherlands)​

We featured her for the first time when she walked for Marni, was on the 1st of March and she was our TMSRRE girl number nineteen. Things went very well for her since that beautiful pre-spring day and she's been working with photographers like Jonathan Segade in Paris (shots styled by Sara Bascuñán) among others. She's going back to the City of Lights ASAP and she's definitely ready to work on her book now. Ready to be a real summer stunner and we stay tuned for more fantastic updates. We don't only see potential in this girl from SPS Model Management, we also see a true model who knows how to use it. And if it's just the beginnings...​

And we will see her in NY soon, I think. I think it's quite possible that she was signed to Supreme but maybe moved to Women Direct? Not that I care so much for that matter. Women Direct has been the perfect fit for Alla for example and Alla does have a look that could fit in @ Supreme. So here's to hoping for a good career for Willemijn.

^ Agreed! I think she would've suit Supreme rather well but Women Direct seems to come up with some great girls too (like Alla, as you already mentioned, who defenitely proves that they aren't only focusing on "more commercial" girls). Willemijn is stunning in her very own way - expressive and haunting, but in a very lovely way. And I defenitely see where you take the Amanda Laine comparison from!
I hope we get to see her in some shows... the digitals above are amazing - especially the second one

Back to the other side of the ocean, back to the growing frenzy of New York and back to Dutch girls at the same time. Willemijn - can we call her one of our perennial personal favorites now ? - is making her debuts there with Women Direct one season after catching eyes and attention walking for Marni in Milan. Go your own way, take your natural path. Willemijn carries her edgy look everywhere with her - carry on. Her moody yet delightfully soft expressions were perfectly highlighted by Adrian Nina's camera (see the black and white shots) while her undeniable talent to make her marks in any atmosphere is a must see in James Mahon's naturally colorful shots. SPS keeps the good news coming. We keep smiling from ear to ear.
