Wool/cashmere leggings

Are they warm enough for winter? I've always just stuck to pants in the winter time coz my leggings don't seem to keep my warm. But this winter I still really wanna wear my skirts and dresses. Do they keep u warm enough?

it depends on where you live, and how much you're willing to suffer to look good

I've tried wool leggins and they keep you pretty warm, just the same way some pants do

you could try wearing a double layer of leggins, a thinner pair underneath the wool if it gets too cold
