staying lightweight for the winter

^i wonder if tights for athletes could work for that --there are ones for legs and body-length ones
they are meant to keep you warm and encourage blood circulation
and also they either absorb moisture or release it through evaporation, so you don't continue to sweat in your clothes

ok here is the link to the tights i mentioned above
http://www.thefashionspot.com/forums/f49/footless-tights-1975-5.html

if you go to the bottom, there is a conversation started by me about it :lol:
ecman2wst responds with a bunch of links
i assume there is a similar brand for women, but basically they are for sports / activewear so perhaps they're more 'multi-functional' and utilitarian

boogie--

also try another brand of silk long johns...
i've had mine for ages and there is no such waistband issue...
* which i totally understand~

unfortunately the tag is long gone so i can't tell you what brand mine are...
but there must be better ones you could find and i ADORE mine---really....!

I find that I'm always warmer if I wear more long (covering) layers that are light weight than if I just wear one thing super thick...
