What’s the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning?
I wake up and think about Chinese hot pot! If I am away I am always craving the taste of China. It must be my Chinese stomach.

Who is the most beautiful person in the world?
My mum. I love looking at her old pictures when she was young. She was very beautiful, actually we look quite similar. She could have modelled but unfortunately her head is on my father's shoulder.

What's your favourite i-D moment?
My cover with Sølve Sundsbø - they shut down a fair in Blackpool. It was quiet and amazing. Also the selfie shoot when I got to take the picture, style it and do my own hair and make-up.

What’s your favourite part of your face?
Nose, because the end is flat. It's fun to touch it.

What’s next for Xiao?
I am off to Disneyland! I think it is a real world, sometimes I cry when I see the castle in the distance.
