Interesting she chose that particular shot to rep her premiere on this platform. I would never have recognized it as her.
She never took her status seriously (and rightfully so: Who can possibly take the image of a “Supermodel” seriously????). But she always took her work seriously. I always adored her from the very first time I saw her— then she said something along the lines of not really caring for the glamorous image of jetsetting Supers-- that she was more of a loner who did her job and went home. And that endeared her to me even more. It’s no wonder she’s only now on Insta. True to her authenticity and nature, even after all these years.

Got to thinking about her after seeing vids of her all over FB. Major props to her for walking away from the industry on her own terms and never looking back. You never hear or read about her trying to get back into modeling, didn't overstay beyond her welcome, and has aged naturally without cutting open her face and injecting silicon or *** fat to try to turn back time. You don't hear stories about her being a mean girl beatch back in the day, or see vids or her purposely bumping other girls on the runway. The only thing you hear is she took modeling as a job, went and did it as best and professionally as she could. And now she's enjoying life as a regular citizen away from the spotlight. And good for her.
