Yasmin Le Bon this week unveiled a 31 stone sculpture of herself, created by artist Jonathan Wylder. They were watched on by guests as they revealed the show-piece, standing at 2.3 metres high at the La Galleria Pall Mall, one of the capital's most prestigious contemporary art gallery and auction house.
Wylder came up with the concept after a chance meeting with Yasmin, and describes it as 'pure art free from all restraints’.​

Oh good God-- this woman is supremely beautiful...

Amazing to see her, along with Christy Turlington, Kate and Maria Carla holding their own next to Daphne, Lindsey Wixson and the rest of the babies. Babes and babies-- that's the way I like to see fashion, represented by the legendary women alongside the new girls.

I remember reading in a mag (The Face?) back in the mid-90s where the writer described Yasmin and Simon at a Versace party; Yasmin was radiant and beautiful as ever, while Simon's face looked like it was felting wax...
