Bummer not to have seen her at any NY shows.

Honestly...I think she's too beautiful for the modeling world right now. If Marc Jacobs has Cara, Edie, Sky, Charlotte and Lily walking in his show...how out of place would Ymre have looked? It's really unfortunate, but a sad reality. It's just not considered "cool," I guess to be so beautiful. Who would have thought that being gorgeous would be out of style??

I've always thought that if this were the late 90's, Ymre would be up there with Christy, Naomi, Linda and Nadja, etc. Her look is that strong and that gorgeous and that compelling. She deserves so much more than what she's getting these days.

Here's to hoping she'll walk Prada again and do fabulously in Europe.

She saw Ashley in NY which is why I was hoping she'd at least be at Proenza. But it could be that they've decided to reserve her for an exclusive in Europe. She was also at Meisel's party for W magazine so I'm taking that as a good sign.
