here is my watch:

its raymond weil and its almost 8 years old and its still perfect, only had to change the battery 1 time. it was a gift from my dear dad for my 18th b-day

My husband found me a Movado women's complication watch, very unlike the usual Movado style. It has calendar, moon phase, seconds subdials. I have no idea if they still make it. I love it, but I'm really hard on straps - I like very thin Italian leather men's straps, and they're hard to find where I live. Last time I broke the strap, I decided to put the watch away for a while and just use my cellphone. Someone needs to make a cellphone clock that looks like a classic complication watch face.

Since I asked, I'll share. This is my everyday watch. What do you guys think? I love it lots but worry it's too boyish, the face is a little bulky because it's an automatic.

occasionally i switch it up....
i have somehow earned a lovely little collection of watches...
so depending on my mood, or outfit, i will choose something different....

but more often than not, i am wearing this one.

Currently I don't have a watch mine always break. However, I borrowed from my husband an ancient very large digital casio. It is very 70's but I love him and it has a defunct blood pressure monitor which people think is a camera! But even the beloved Casio needs a battery now...

I was wanting to get a Jaegar-Lecoultre ladies reverso watch with a blue croc strap and diamonds but I always end up spending too much of my money on clothes to buy it as well. If I get one I post a pic for sure.

Is this really geeky or am I the only one that is annoyed that there are no Kinetic watches for women.

I want a watch that I don't have to worry about running out of batteries, winding up or making sure I don't have it off for more than 10 hours (grrr "automatic," only if it's glued to my wrist 24/7!), my boyfriend's works all the freaking time, that doesn't seem too much for a lady to ask?
