Mine is probably Botticelli's Birth of Venus or Primavera. At least for the moment.
 
I love the Arnolfini wedding portrait by Jan Van Eyck. When I studied abroad in London, my classroom building was virtually next door to the National Gallery so I'd go visit it a few times a week:)

Kate Moss by Paul Normansell - the first time I saw his work I thought it was digital art!his technique of gloss on aluminium is amazing.
