not bad for an IF bag, but still nay. it has way too much going on.
it has the shape of a gucci horsebit hobo, with luella buckles and gucci braided straps.

That bag will definitely fit over you shoulder.... it will fit kinda like.. those gucci horsebit hobos. The bag is a hobo so the slouchiness gives you room to fit your arm in there. The strap can be like 5 inches long and as long as the bag is slouchy enough(like this one) you'll get your arm through there.
