I got this capri bag on ebay and one of the little grommets is missing. Could I bring this into a boutique and have it repaired?

It's the grommet on the right zipper. I was wondering if I could just buy one of those grommets? any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

i can't tell the exact year, it definitely is tom ford era...perhaps very early ford... 96-98 maybe??

thanks! this is regarding the tote "weatherproof" bag i bought in gucci singapore, may this year. used just a couple of hours when i noticed that the navy print (GG) bled!
