"I have always enjoyed fitness training and working out regularly, but now I also have to keep in shape due to my job needing me to look at certain way. I have the pressure of my perspective clients needing me to look fit and healthy, if I work hard in the gym and look good physically I have more chance of getting regular work.
I joined Heart & Soul Fitness in July 2011 and have not looked back since, I like the gym as it is very relaxed and cosy like a family, the staff and the members are all very friendly and helpful. I usually come to the gym and just get stuck in to doing my own workout routines and then do some boxing training on the punch bag upstairs in the Functional Training Room. But if I need anything I just ask and there are no problems in getting help".
