I've got a pair of the loafers (the same ones in post #3) that I got an incredibly deal on at Last Call. They run true to size and I think they're actually really comfortable. The platform makes the height perfectly managable and the slightly chunkier heel is way more comfortable then my stilettos. I can tell they're gonna be my favorites when it gets cool again (it's a hundred here right now, ugh).

I missed the same pair at eBay that you missed. Was in my "watch list" one minute and "Bought It Now"'d the next. Curses!

I found the black patent ones at Neiman Marcus. I love them.

I got them for under $200. Marked $237, 20% off, and then I got another 10% off 'cause I opened a Nieman's account. So that's about $170. I coudln't believe it when I saw them on the clearence rack. I can't wait for it to get colder so I cna wear them; the platform is amazing...
