YSL Maia and Rive Gauche Bags

Not sure but be careful not to keep moisture around the bag for too long, the bag blisters if it's in contact with moisture for a period of time...

i went to the ysl boutique here yesterday to pick up a pair of shoes, and i got the scoop on the rive gauche for fall:

leather (2 sizes black, ivory, chocolate
ostrich (lg. only whiskey, mauve (greyish/brown), olive green
croc (large only, special order only violet, eggplant, white, black, chocolate, olive

The Rive Gauche will definitely be available until at least Cruise 2008. Cruise '08 will feature black patent with croc embossing, patent, a shiny leather that's not patent and has a finish almost like an ombre (available in tan or gray), and ostrich. That's what I remember off the top of my head.

^^ goody! Would love an ostrich or a patent with croc!! I got a large ivory this summer & I really love it... been kind of saving it for winter when white looks super... I think, if it's not that bright white. I do like the Rive Gauche.. actually YSL has had really great bags this last year.

off the topic but tonight I saw a black shiny python Downtown at NM & it WAS GORGEOUS... $3400... that's the only thing that stopped me from bringing it home.. ;-(
