Overdrive, the jacket has been out for a couple of weeks. It's fab!!
I am getting one today.


I'm impressed that nobody has mentioned yet the dark brown shearling coat, which looks exactly like the Rick Owens one seen on Emmanuelle Alt. I bought it last week (it was pricey but the quality was really good). In Spain it's almost sold out. Has it hit the stores abroad?

it's Zara policy never to use fake leather.

i've seen some clutches/clutch wallets and men's bags made of faux leather.

i always smell and take a peek at the label inside to make sure.

The over the knee flat suede boots, or the ankle boots with the chains aren't out yet, are they?

I've definitely seen Zara items using fake leather - some of their TRF leather jackets for example definitely aren't real leather, especially not for $150!

I do the same! I sniff the material and check the label in case of doubt!

But yeah, I can also confirm that Zara does use fake leather.

I used to work in Zara and I can guarantee that a lot of stuff were not made of leather. In the old days I dare say almost 98% of the bags were not leather, but they were priced accordingly.

Now a big percentage is made of real leather, but we can see it in the price, the price is always the giveaway.
