Does anyone know what the meaning of the Talent division of Ford?

I see that regular models like Naomi Chin Wing, Melodie Monrose, Grace Mahary, Madisin Rian, Barbara Palvin and others, next to Karolina Kurkova...and Cassie and an Athlete... or is it just a matter of that they have limited amount of "Famous/Talent" people at the moment hence adding beautiful girls at the Talent division at the moment?

The divisions at Ford make minimal sense. There are girls in the Women division who probably should be in Image, some of the Talent should be in Image, etc. They recently got rid of the New Division and divvyed up those models in a strange way. Best I can make of it is the Talent division are the people who want to be repped by Lorraine Antonetti who appears to be head of that division. A bunch of IMG girls followed her to Ford, while the Image girls are those that Kwan and maybe Rowland think are the high fashion models. But it's a guess.
