Two seasons ago, per the idea of model_mom, the wonderful members of our forum worked together day after day in order to create a comprehensive and accurate showlist for nearly all the press-covered runway shows from the four major fashion capitals. This season is no doubt opportunity for a repeat of that teamwork...and this time around, we'll even try to cover as much information as possible using two threads!
The Worldwide Fashion Week Showlist Thread:
http://www.thefashionspot.com/forum...wide-s-s-08-09-southern-hemisphere-68846.html
Previous List Threads:
Ready-to-Wear S/S 08
Haute Couture S/S 08, Ready-to-Wear F/W 08.09, Cruise 09
For a sample list, please refer to this post before creating your own:
http://www.thefashionspot.com/forums/showpost.php?p=3478300&postcount=74
(Please note the usage of alphabetical order by first name, show, season, city, and the "Opened"/"Closed" or (O) (C) mentions)
And here are a couple of simple ground rules to keep the thread as organized as possible!
1. This thread will only focus on fashion weeks that take place within the four major cities, as noted in the thread title. In other words, please post all model showlists from Fashion Rio/SPFW (Brazil), Berlin FW (Germany), Copenhagen FW (Denmark), etc. in the Worldwide Thread. Please note that this separation is primarily done for organization purposes. Since most international models may not participate in too many events outside of the typical four-week cycle (Beginning with New York), it may be unfair to gauge their individual performance in just a single thread that consolidates every fashion week around the world. Thus, this separate thread can provide insight into specific models within the key areas.
2. No need to hurry! It is preferred that you do not create a showlist until all the images from the show become available. But if you compile a list of around 15 names from the already published pictures, then it is still okay to submit your list to the thread for further editing later on. Remember: Even if you cannot edit your own post any longer, the moderators will be able to help out whenever and wherever necessary. If there is an omission, please post the correction, and the original list post will be modified accordingly.
3. Don't forget the ones you don't recognize! Most likely, there will be faces unidentifiable to you in the entire show. In those cases, please post/link to/upload the images of the unknowns alongside your list so others may help you by posting replies with the missing names. Refer to this post as an example:

If there are any other guidelines you feel should be included here, please let me know
Soon, it will be time to begin another few weeks of IDing, strenuous name-searching, hat-and-heavy-makeup cursing...
I will gladly take up the task of creating the Individual Model Showlists again while the shows carry on, but of course, that will merely be yet another compilation of everyone's efforts
Thanks in advance to everyone who participates/assists!
