Streetstyle Posting Etiquette *PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING*

Before Posting a new thread:

• Please use the search function before posting a new topic.
• Kindly refrain from starting threads on distinctive characters from the internet (bloggers, etc.), local scene or people that you know. One of the goals of the section is to be as objective as possible and showcase the diversity and individual style through a variety of locations.

Rules on posting:

• Do not post pictures of yourself in the Streetstyle section.
  
• We all want to see pictures, not red X's. Pictures from sites such as wireimage, nymag.com, style.it and blogspot expire after a certain period of time or stop functioning when hotlinked. If you do not want them to disappear from the thread, please make sure you post them as an attachment or via a photo hosting site.
• Pictures of models and fashion week events belong in the Model's Street Style thread and Fashion Week Street Style thread respectively, please refrain from posting them in the threads assigned for the cities where the photographs took place (New York Streetstyle thread, London Streetstyle, etc) to avoid seeing the same images all over the section.
  

Crediting:

• Always credit the pictures you post. Photo crediting is the professional thing to do, its good manners to give credit where credit is due. All images that are not properly credited will be removed. • If you cannot remember the source of a picture you can upload it on a photo-hosting site and post the link to the picture, but not the picture itself.

• Please try to be as specific as possible when posting photos by adding (in case you know it) the location and/or street event for easier search performance, and to avoid reposts.
