Tuxedo Black/White Men's Shoes

*I'm not sure if they are called 'tuxedo shoes' but that is what came to mind when I saw them. Maybe they have a different name? Someone correct me.

I was wondering if anyone knows any other brand/designers that make these style of shoes other than Dior Homme?
I would also like to know peoples opinion about wearing these casually as shown in the DH S/S 2006 collection...
