What albums have you bought that have just made you so angry and

disappointed that you almost riped your ears off . <@_@>

Mine...Randomly ordered

5. Michelle Branch - the spirit room, I don't know how this came into my possession and i wished it never did.

4. Charlotte church - Voice of an Angel, My mom bought it for my birthday, I have a feeling she doesn't know me very well :/

3. Fall Out Boy - From Under the Cork Tree, :/

2. Lou Begga !!!!

1. Eminem - Curtain Call, I feel like he's given up as a real MC, this album just plain old sucks :^o

These probably aren't the worst 5 i own but they stand out as being particularly disappointing on purchase because the bands failed to live up to their high standards

1. Oasis - Standing on the Shoulder of Giants

2. Manic Street Preachers - Know Your Enemy

3. Smashing Pumpkins - Machina/The Machines of God

4. Super Furry Animals - Rings Around the World

5. Suede - Head Music

  • babasonicos- jessico
  • coldplay- a rush of blood to the head
  • offspring- conspiracy of one
  • 311- sound system
  • pennywise- live at the key club.

The Vandals - Hitler Bad, Vandals Good
Sonic Youth - NYC Ghosts and Flowers (lets just forget about this one ok?)
All American Rejects - s/t (what was I thinking?)
The Ataris - So Long, Astoria
I think I also had some Eminem albums at one point.
I might have had a couple metallica albums as well.
hmmm... really there is no excuse for these lapses in judgment.

^lol come one now, you can tell us....;)

okay, don't blame me, I WAS IN THE 3rd AND 4th GRADE... :ninja:

nsync (no strings attached) .... britney spears (the first one)....

They're in a box somewhere... I don't think I could ever forgive myself...

Kaiser Cheifs- Unemployment :sick::sick:

I'm never taking anyone's reccomendations again. I want that album to get far, far away from me.

LoveMyBoots- It doesn't account if you're in elementary school! At least... I hope we don't have to go down that route... :ninja:

LoveMyBoots! Nothing to be embarassed about. I've gone through that faze
growing up. It's part of nature. All young pre-junior high and high school girls
fell for those cheesy boy bands. I for one was a victom to it. Case in point,
I fell hard for Boys II Men! our taste in music change as we grow older!
OMG, I sound like my mother, she used to tell me that! But it's true! :D
It re-cylces every decade of so. My mother went through the early Beatles,
then Elvis Presley, and my grandma had her pop idols too! We all been there
and done that! ;)

that's a relief :D

in that case, I have to agree BodhiTree...
Coldplay's X&Y. Every song seems to be from Chris to Gwyneth...

but I still stand behind A Rush of Blood to the Head

"X & Y" - Coldplay
"You Could Have It So Much Better" - Franz Ferdinand

I think that's about it...since we aren't going down the 90s pop route.

Good call, it's totally sh*t

Limp Bizkit - New Old Songs
Crazy Town - The Gift Of Game
the first Backstreet Boys one (I was younger as bought this)

Holy Crap! owning anything by Limp Bizkit is the absolute worst! No actually, owning it and thinking its good is the worst!

I'm also the owner of a Pennywise album belonging on my list! Fourteen was a dangerous age for me...

Drain STH - Freaks of Nature (although their preceding release wasn't half as bad... :woot: )
Missy Elliott - Da Real World ("lended" by a friend, who hasn't asked for it back)
Pennywise - About Time
Sarah McLachlan - Touch
Selena - Amor Prohibido (same thoughtful, wonderful friend)

well, 14 was equally bad for me too...in fact, we should make a thread about embarrasing shows we've attended...and blink182/bad religion/phoenix tx would be on top of my list!.
