Actually...Depp IS nominated for a bioflick.
It's Clint Eastwood that ISN"T nominated for playing a real life person.
Maggie Gyllenhaals' dress is cute. She was slouching when I saw her on TV, though, and that bothered me.

who designed Charlize and Halle's dress? I'm pretty sure Halle isn't wearing Elie Saab, which is a disappointment. But she still looks lovely.

okay gone through all the pages now. Like Charlize's hair and bodice but not all the baby blue ruffles.
Softie, couldn't agree with you more. One or two mermaid dresses is fine, but not quite so many! Plus it's such a hard shape to pull off, not everyone should be wearing it.
A lot of great looking people, gwyneth looks fab. Vanessa P, usw.
Don't like scarlett's dress but I think her hair is adorable and really would have worked well with a more 'lighthearted' ensemble

Natalia. The dress is alright but her makeup is horrible.
Wow, there are actually very few looks so far that I can say I don't like, but I just wont mention them.
Beyonce-she looks absolutely stunning, that dress is very Madame X.
Charlize-dress looks like a dress from Galliano's first couture collection, and it's a nice change from all of the darker looks she's been wearing lately.
Emmy-I'm so glad she went for color because even though those pale shades were safe and look pretty they get tired quickly, plus I love that shade of red.
Cate-not a huge fan of the dress itself but something about the whole look really works, very old world couture.
Hilary-I actually love her dress, so simple and sexy without going overboard and the color is close to my heart this season.
Natalie-very beautfiul dress, she looks great. Could've lived without the headband but it works.
Gisele-wow, she looks amazing and I didn't like that dress on the runway at all. Plus, it looks incredibly comfy.
Scarlett-hate the hair but the dress is fab and I love that Roland Mouret is being worn to the Oscars.
Kirstin-woah, talk about a style 180. She looks so grown up and gorgeous which is a change from her usual soft and girly style.
Annette-so chic and classic, the neckline really stands out in the sea of strapless.
Gwyneth-very pretty, although I woul've worn the hair differently, mabye a sleek chignon.
Kate-that color is to die for, such a standout.
Renee-the dress would've been perfect if not for that stupid little ruffle at the hem of the train.
Penelope-similar to Cate's in the vintage couture feeling of the lines.
Halle-looks beautiful, and I don't think I've ever liked her with long hair before but it works here.
Johnny-Johnny's just cool, and I love his shoes.
Salma-loving the color, and I love her but something about the hair is off. It might have looks better a little lower down but I love the bangs.
Orlando-who cares what he wears, boy is FINE.
Natalia-I really like the more grown up side of her, it's a nice change from her more Lolita-esque runway appearence.
