i was looking forward to this collection
strong nautical mood there and great shoes
blue seems huge
great make up love the red lips
I see military looks too.
the last suit though.
medalions taking a lead from heroic Prada
anyway, they look fresh should we see an accessories trend there
the last dress.
I dunno overall, pretty all over the place. Though I love some military and simple pieces.
love the styling and the cross shoulder chains
the white 'pant suit is amazing igni
their boots with everything was abit tired no?
regardless the accidental styling, great boot colour here
and great twisted cut
Great cut on that dress. Ya I'm sure its just the styling (But I really didn't like the tutu skirts)
me neither, nor their take on b&w houndstooth patterns

OMG! Lena, have you noticed that some of these pieces look vaguely familiar? Looks like they brought a few of their past styles into this one. The strong military vibe with the crest chains is very much like their first collection. Also, this seems quite opulent and funkier for them--lots and lots of texture;more so than ever.
Thank you Lena and Igni,I think I'm in love
its a real strong AF Vadervorst collection, glad you liked it scott
This show doesn't have too much continuity. They've brought in a little too much here, I think. The boots, the chains, the medallions, the colors, the military cut. It's just a bit of an overload. Also, this military trend needs to stay in hibernation for a couple more years. I'm not happy to see it back.
The third plate that igni posted has a green military shirt corset--this look was done by Theyskens in spring 2002 and by Gaultier more recently.
My thoughts exactly. It has some serious hits, and some definite misses.
More misses than hits, IMHO.
The trenchcoats are the only thing that caught my eye.
The details are nice, but the overall picture is not interesting.
does this look familiar--echoes of olivier theyskens from a couple seasons back
echoes of ann demeulemeester...she did this collar thing, but better...damn, i wish i had bought that thing!
